But that doesn't mean people who use mobile phone or watch TV at night. At late night, people who don't sleep but engage in creative thought will have creative mind.

  In adults' body 55 % to 60 %, there is water. A newborn baby has 75 % water and when that baby turns to 1 year old, the baby has 65 % of water. No matter how much amount of water our body contains, the water leaves the body through sweat, urine and breath. Not only that, water in our body gets excreted through various activities that we do. About 2-3 litres of water is excreted like this from our body. Therefore we must drink water daily. If it is male 2.5 to 3.7 litres minimum should be drunk. For female, they must drink 2 to 2.7 litre minimum. But this is not exact because the amount of water intake depends on the place, age, environment, activity, health etc. If we don't drink water for one day, our body experience of dehydration and energy drops, mood drop, skin moisture decreases and mainly our blood pressure decreases which makes our brain tired.  Also, if we drink more level of water, even that can hurt us. How to get long term memory?

After we have studied you have to play for 4 hours aur go to gym and exercise. If we do this research shows that our long-term memory increases and we may remember more. Not only this, if we meditate had drink coffee daily exercise sometime in our day long term memory storage increases. Research also shows that if we eat chewing gum and study, long term memory storage increases. Do you want to know another interesting fact? The memory power of people who study along with sleeping is much more higher than people who study without sleeping because whatever you have study it will more likely get into the brain. So study with more sleep.

Why do we have headache and nausea while we go on a bus, car, boat, flights etc.?

Our brain has two types of motion. Of that, one is running and walking. Because when we move, our brain also moves. Same goes for running. But while riding on a car, bus, planes on a long travel, our body is relaxed. So our eyes and ears moves and hence our brain becomes confused. Therefore we feel nauseated or headache. Many signals that reach our brain from our body parts and overtime, the signals are continuous and our brain gets used to it while traveling. After that, it turns to normal stage.

What are the thoughts on fat people and thin people?

  You may say that fat people have more fat in their body and thin people have less fat. But that's not true. Both their bodies have equal fat. But fat people have big fat cells and thin people have small fat cells. This is what current research says.

Does our sweat have a smell?

                           The sweat that comes from our body doesn't have an odor. Then how come sweat becomes smelly? Our sweat, along with our skin, reacts with bacteria to form that disgusting smell.

Why are we lazy to wake up early on some days, but on other days, how come we wake up early?

                      When our minds think that you've to go to school or office the next day, naturally it may think that as usual, you've to go. By thinking how tiring it is, our brain thinks that there's some danger the next day, so it's better to not let them go. Our brain comes up with methods to prevent us from going. Therefore after our sleep at night, we may feel not to wake up in the morning, but we may feel to sleep more. But, if we think of any party, or new dress or any function for the next day, our minds think of it and long for it. Our brain comprehends that there's happiness on that day and our brain tries to wake us up as early as it can.
